tree-hug on july 13

Another yard tree-hug today.  I'm glad I'm getting to know my yard-trees better.  One of these days I'm going to do a survey of all the different kinds of trees sharing this space with me.

Tree-hugging isn't just a physical hug.  It is being present with the energy of the tree-being.  

Being aware of the uniqueness of bark and limb and leaf.  Allowing the life and world of the tree to speak to you.  ​

You never know what you will see or where your attention will be drawn.  Let the trees help bring you into the moment.  💚 Peace
