A tall Eastern white-pine tree-hug this morning.

When there are 5 needles in the 'bundle' it is a white pine. 

You can estimate its age by counting the branch rings.

And an amazing double-propeller fringed polygala (also called gaywings). I felt lucky getting to see this wild-flower peeking out the leaves.  Breathe deep and enjoy the abundant gifts of nature.  💚 Peace
