A special group tree-hug this morning. So tall and majestic! These whispering pines have many a tall-tree-tale to tell. If you listen closely and pay attention. What may be uncomfortable to look at and think about, broken and dead tree limbs, were part of their serious stories. Part of their lessons on life. When it was time to leave, my new tree-friends were enthusiastic bidding me farewell. As they said 'from the tree-world'. Tree-hugs open the doorway to becoming more aware. Aware of lots of things. They offer an opportunity to know yourself better. An opportunity to know nature better. Peace.

The joy of tree-hugging. Peace. Being in a simple place within. No need to try. Just be. Stretch, bend and flow. Reach out your arms. Focus on the light. Let the light lift you up. Recognize that light, beauty and magic are everywhere, always. Peace and Harmony.
A beautiful Sunday morning tree-hug. Soaking in the warm colors. Praising the Light. All are welcome here, including tree-bears. Message: Even parts of us that are less than perfect have their own special beauty. Have the courage to welcome them. You may be surprised what you find to appreciate. Peace.
First tree-hug with my granddaughter Carmella yesterday. Baby-hugs are real nice too! Looking forward to many more!
A rainy morning tree-hug. I was initially drawn to the interesting way this tree's branches were in parallel. But my attention got pulled to how the vines were growing in such 'wild and crazy' ways. Weaving in and out between the branches and other vines. Then this busy vine-guy appeared, cycling away on his penny-farthing bicycle! Message: The entanglements in life may be messengers. Not there to bind us, but to help free us. Peace.
A marvel of nature tree-hug this morning with this shag-bark hickory. This tree-couple, beautifully tall and stately with their signature shaggy bark, showed me something very unusual..... I have seen rocks embedded into tree trunks before but never between two trees like this. They found a way to stay connected above ground. In this picture it looks like they are holding hands. Trees have innate healing abilities. You can see how the they healed the bark where the rock became embedded over time. The message from this healing-tree seems to be anything is possible. Stay connected.
