Tree-hug on October 1

A marvel of nature tree-hug this morning with this shag-bark hickory.

This tree-couple, beautifully tall and stately with their signature shaggy bark, showed me something very unusual.....

I have seen rocks embedded into tree trunks before but never between two trees like this.  They found a way to stay connected above ground.  In this picture it looks like they are holding hands.

Trees have innate healing abilities. You can see how the they healed the bark where the rock became embedded over time.

The message from this healing-tree seems to be anything is possible. Stay connected.
