Using Reiki for Self-Healing
During this class yo will learn the history of Reiki Healing, it's healing principles, the hand positions for using Reiki on yourself and how they align with the subtle energy centers in the body. Time is spent intuitively exploring the first Reiki symbol as well as practicing self-healing. The peaceful, healing environment and activities during the class gently support your self-healing. Using Reiki for Deeper Self-Healing & Helping Others Heal
During this class you will learn about using Reiki for mental-emotional healing and distance healing. Techniques and hand positions for using Reiki to help others heal will be explained and demonstrated, and you will have the opportunity to practice with others. The peaceful, healing environment and activities during the day gently support your deeper self healing.
