Tree-hug on October 7

A unique tree-hug this morning. Where the seed lands is where the tree grows. Trees have amazing determination to survive. 

This lovely birch spread its roots out along a rock outcrop.  Then, one trunk up.  One trunk down.  Then out and up.  Truly amazing.  

The view from underneath.  My imagination sees a mountain path.  

A grazing tree-unicorn.

A prayerful bark-being. Please help keep our trees, our air, water and land safe and healthy.  It is my prayer too!

The feel of the raised tree-bark-lines reminds me of Braille.  Perhaps this cubist-tree-being will help me read it next time.
