tree-hug on january 2

It sounded and felt like it was raining this morning in the woods, but it wasn't. 

 It was ice melting off of the trees.  

If I hadn't been out to tree-hug I never would have experienced this nature-magic.

Later in the walk a rock pile called me over to meet this young tree.

A couple of friendly wet tree-beings posed asymmetrically.

And up the hill Stanley came upon a deer sleeping in the leaves.  Message:  So much magic awaits us in nature.  Step outside, explore, witness.  Simply, live fully.  Peace
