Tree-hug on August 22

I recently was guided to meditate with the trees before taking my pictures.

Seeing this very large praying mantis before we left the house today was a reminder of the importance of stillness.

My tree-message today: Without the shadows we can't know the light.  Without the noise and old tapes in our mind we can't know clarity.

Creativity blossoms through struggle.
