Tree-Hug on August 17

A lovely tree-lady just off the way called me over to visit.

It took a while for me to notice the wire embedded in multiple places in the bark.

It must have happened a long time ago as it was completely healed.

A sad tree-face.

The unwounded trunk stood by with caring patience. Wounds heal. Loving support is never far from you. 💚 Peace

And nearby a woodland sunflower glistened from the recent rain.
