A peaceful tree-hug this morning. It was cold and a little windy. The day turned dark in many ways. Tree-arms raised to the light seeking understanding. In their quieter way of being the trees could only watch what was happening this day in the human-world. The weaving of history upon us. Peace

First tree-hug-climb of 2021. It was a treat to find this special tree in an unexplored part of the woods. A powerful tree-goddess. Ancient tree-wisdom written in her bark-story. Wise tree-eyes - woodland-witnesses. Balance and harmony. Message: Find your inspiration. It may be in unexpected places. Be moved as you stand in your strength. Peace
The tree-ladies were dancing in the snow this morning. It was a delightful show. I was glad I got to see them dressed in their melting snow-outfits. More than once, while looking up, the falling snow-drips landed on my face. It made me laugh and reminded me of the joy I felt in the fall standing in a shower of golden-leaves. Message: Feed your heart and soul with some time in nature. Reclaim your innocence and joy in the simplest of moments. Peace When I got home the first thing I did was make a snow-girl for my granddaughter who I am not seeing because of distance and pandemic precautions. She got to see the pictures, at least.
A big tree-hug on a gloomy day lifted my spirits. I felt a lovely tree-spirit lady greet me from above. I think she saw me with her heart. An intriguing root-swirl captured my curiosity. Exquisite tree-beauty and powerful core tree-strength. She was not shy to reveal her tree-wounds healed over decades. A special kind of tree-love. Message: The strength to heal is within. Your wounds, part of your beauty. Patience. Love. Peace
It sounded and felt like it was raining this morning in the woods, but it wasn't. It was ice melting off of the trees. If I hadn't been out to tree-hug I never would have experienced this nature-magic. Later in the walk a rock pile called me over to meet this young tree. A couple of friendly wet tree-beings posed asymmetrically. And up the hill Stanley came upon a deer sleeping in the leaves. Message: So much magic awaits us in nature. Step outside, explore, witness. Simply, live fully. Peace
The adventure continues. My first tree-hug of 2021 with a new tree-friend. I was welcomed by a classic tree-greeter. A handsome tree-being was ready for some interesting woodland-conversation. While a tree-couple looked like they might not be on speaking terms at the moment. And lastly, a tree-smile any tree-mother would love. Message: Greet the New Year as a fresh start. With renewed energy to grow and learn and become better communicators. Keep smiling. Peace
